We've designed the head of the wire saw machine to be rotatable. By operating the handle, you can rotate the head to make the cutting surface perpendicular to the fault, and then put on the wire for cutting. In this way, the stone cut out will look like a rectangle from the front instead of a parallelogram. From the technical parameter table of the wire saw machine, we can see that the rotation angle of the head is 360 degrees. Many people think the head can rotate a full circle. No, it can't. Because the head is connected to cables, if it rotates a full circle in one direction, the cables connected to the head won't be able to withstand it. The correct explanation is that the head can rotate 180 degrees clockwise and 180 degrees counter - clockwise, which enables cutting at any angle within 360 degrees.

At the same time, there are two buttons on the operating handle, namely "left shift" and "right shift". Their function is as follows: when setting up the rails, we require the left or right rail to be aligned with the position to be cut. However, since it's set up manually, there will inevitably be some deviations. Don't worry. After installing the machine, we can use the left - shift or right - shift function to make adjustments, align the power flywheel with the cutting position, and then put on the Diamond Wire Saw for cutting.

In the technical parameter table of the wire saw machine, there is an item called "maximum lateral movement distance". It refers to the following process: first, adjust the power flywheel to the left side of the machine and press the left - shift button to extend the head to the leftmost end. Then, rotate the head to move the power flywheel to the right side of the machine and press the right - shift button to extend the head to the rightmost end. The distance from the leftmost end to the rightmost end is the maximum lateral movement distance of this wire saw machine. The maximum lateral movement distance of 37kw and 45kw wire saw machines is 1800mm, that of 55kw is 2000mm, and the 75kw machine has the largest size, with a maximum lateral movement distance of 2200mm.
