Check the polyurethane tapes: Before starting the machine, check the wear of the polyurethane tapes on the main drive wheel and the guide wheel. If there is significant wear, replace them in time.
Inspect the cables: Before starting the machine, check the power cable and control cable on the mobile end. If there are any damages or electric leakage, wrap them up or replace them immediately. When sawing, pay attention to adjusting the position of the cables as the machine moves to prevent the cables from being crushed.
Ensure main motor heat - dissipation: Before starting the machine, check if the heat - dissipation cover of the main motor is unobstructed. If it is blocked, clear it immediately to avoid affecting the heat dissipation of the main motor. Prevent cooling water from entering the main motor through the heat - dissipation port and causing a short - circuit.
Check the rails: Regularly check the straightness and firmness of the rails. Clean the rail joints regularly and apply grease to prevent rusting.
Inspect the guide wheel: Regularly check if the guide wheel rotates flexibly and if the support is firm.
