Four - step Installation Method for Wire Saw Machines
Step 1: Install the rails at an appropriate position in front of the surface to be cut.
It is best to level the cutting site with an excavator. Now, here is a wrong example. In a site like this that has not been leveled at all, it is completely inadvisable for workers to try to level the rails by placing stones under them. Because although the rails may seem level in this way, when a wire saw machine weighing nearly 3 tons moves over, the stones may collapse, which can easily lead to production safety accidents. Everyone must pay attention to this.
Step 2: Lift the wire saw machine onto the rails.
Before lifting, carefully check whether the lifting lugs are firm and whether there are any broken wires in the steel wire rope. During the lifting process, the machine must be kept balanced to ensure the safety of the machine and personnel.
Step 3: Place the operating console.
After the wire saw machine is installed in place on the rails, place the operating console at a suitable position on the rear - side of the wire saw machine. The operator should be able to clearly observe the operation of the power flywheel of the wire saw machine.
Step 4: Connect the main machine cable and the control cable.
After the machine is installed, connect the main cable and the control cable firmly. Here, it should be noted that we have found that some quarry workers apply butter to the plugs for easy plugging and unplugging. This will cause poor power conduction, overheating of the plugs, and eventually burn out the plugs and sockets. So, applying butter is not allowed.
