Wiring Method of Power Plug for Wire Saw Machine
Today, we're going to a quarry to install a wire saw machine for a customer. Taking this opportunity, let's talk about the wiring method of the power plug for the wire saw machine.
Hello, everyone. I'm Oliver Mo, who manufactures and sells wire saws. The wire saw machine to be wired today is the Power Save Master 55KW, and the corresponding cable is a 3*25 square - millimeter copper - core cable. In the previous video, we've introduced in detail what thickness of cable is needed for different models of wire saw machines. You can refer to the video "Cable Specifications for Wire Saw Machines".
Wiring Steps
Strip the insulation layer of the cable, about 10 cm in length.
Use a screwdriver to disassemble the plug from the middle. First, pass the cable through the end of the plug.
Strip the isolation layer of the three core wires, about 1 cm in length, and twist the exposed conductors.
Insert the three wires into the L1, L2, and L3 ports of the plug respectively, and tighten the port screws with a hex wrench.
Finally, close the end cover of the plug and tighten the screws with a screwdriver to complete the wiring of the plug.
Connect the wired plug to the socket of the wire saw machine to complete the power wiring.
Finally, I'm Oliver Mo, who manufactures and sells wire saws. I hope to be your partner on the stone - quarrying journey. If you encounter any problems when buying a wire saw machine, you can contact me privately. See you in the next video.
