Cable Specifications for Wire Saw Machines
After purchasing a wire saw machine, you need to buy a cable separately to connect it to the power supply before you can use it. Then why doesn't the manufacturer provide the cable?
Hello, everyone. I'm Oliver Mo, who manufactures and sells wire saws. In my previous video about "Mine power facilities", I introduced that after the electricity comes out of the transformer, it enters the "power distribution room". Then the electricity is transmitted from the power distribution room to the "distribution switchgear", and then distributed to the "terminal switchgear" of each device, and finally distributed to each quarrying equipment. Since the construction site conditions of each mine are different, the length of the cable required from the "terminal switchgear" to the terminal of the wire saw machine is different. So the manufacturer doesn't directly provide the cable when selling the wire saw machine. You need to buy the cable according to the actual situation of your mine site. I've sorted out the specific specifications into a table. You can take a screenshot and save it.
Serial number | Power of wire saw machine | Cable specification (square millimeters) |
---|---|---|
1 | 75KW | 3*35 |
2 | 55kw | 3*25 |
3 | 45kw | 3*25 |
4 | 37KW | 3*16 |
5 | 22KW | 3*10 |
It should be noted that it must be a national - standard copper - core cable. Electrical safety is of great importance, so it is not recommended to buy non - standard cables.
