How to stop the rope saw machine while cutting
How to stop the rope saw machine while cutting?
Hello, everyone. I'm Oliver Mo, who manufactures and sells wire saws. When the wire saw machine is cutting stones, when does it need to stop midway? For example, it's time to get off work, or the machine has reached the end of the rail and you need to cut the Diamond Wire Saw shorter to make the second cut. In these situations, you need to stop the machine. So, can you just turn off the machine directly? The answer is no. Because if you stop the machine directly, when you try to start it again, the wire will get stuck in the saw - cut, and the machine won't be able to start. The correct steps to stop the machine are as follows:
Turn off the machine's moving function.
Let the machine stay in place and continue cutting for 10 to 20 minutes.
Observe the tension of the saw wire. If it's cutting in the vertical direction, when the saw wire becomes loose, sags to a certain extent, and starts to swing, you can turn off the machine. The same principle applies to horizontal cutting.
The purpose of doing this is to let the machine keep sawing at the stopping position for a longer time to widen the saw - cut, which will make it easier to start sawing again.
