Fault Feedback System of Wire Saw Machine
Today, we're shipping goods to a customer who's going to Africa to quarry marble. He visited many wire saw machine manufacturers. I asked him what made him finally choose us. His answer was the unique fault feedback system of the wire saw machines produced by our factory.
What is the fault feedback system of a wire saw machine? This is the control console of the wire saw machine. There's a liquid crystal display on the console. When the machine is cutting normally, the current cutting parameters will be shown on the display. For example, the current rotation speed in revolutions per minute, the current in amperes, the traveling speed, and so on. When the machine breaks down, a fault code will appear on the display. At this time, you can call our after - sales technician and tell them the fault code. The technician can quickly figure out whether the problem is caused by an operation error or which part is malfunctioning based on the fault code. If it's a program problem due to an operation error, your workers can clear the fault themselves with remote phone guidance. If a part is broken and we need to send a technician for on - site service, the technician will know which part and corresponding repair tools to bring. This greatly saves the time for after - sales service and repair. Why do I say so? Without the fault feedback system, it's difficult for the technician to accurately know which part and tools to bring just from the workers' descriptions. They have to go to the quarry to check the machine first and then inform the factory to send the right parts and tools. In contrast, the advantage of having a fault feedback system is obvious.
